Supporting absolute pressure measurement of 0~1000 kPa (0~150 psi), the output voltage is proportional to pressure, ranging from 0.2~4.7 V (5V supply), which is compatible with the A/D input interface of microcontrollers/microprocessors. Adopting patented silicon shear stress strain gauge technology and a rugged epoxy unibody package (Case 867), it features a fluorosilicone gel inside to protect the chip. Operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 125℃ with temperature compensation covering 0~85℃, making it an industrial-grade high-reliability pressure sensor widely suitable for automotive, industrial control, medical and other scenarios requiring strict pressure measurement.
