LPS22HHTR is an cost-effective, ultra-low power MEMS nano-scale pressure sensor based on piezoresistive technology, supporting absolute pressure measurement of 260~1260 hPa and temperature detection. Equipped with a built-in 24-bit ADC and temperature compensation circuit, it features an absolute pressure accuracy of 0.5 hPa and a pressure noise as low as 0.65 Pa, with an operating power consumption of only 4 μA. It supports three digital interfaces: SPI, I²C, and MIPI I3CSM, a built-in 128-slot 40-bit FIFO buffer (storing pressure + temperature data), and 6 FIFO operating modes with multi-type interrupt functions. Adopting an ultra-compact 2.0x2.0x0.73mm HLGA-10L package, it has an impact resistance of 22000 g and operates over a temperature range of -40℃~85℃, complying with ECOPACK® lead-free standards. As an ultra-low power pressure sensor dedicated to portable devices and industrial control, it is suitable for various scenarios with strict requirements on size, power consumption, and accuracy.
