The HCNR201-000E is a high-linearity analog optocoupler featuring a high-performance AlGaAs LED and two closely matched photodiodes. By using an input photodiode to monitor and stabilize the LED's light output, it virtually eliminates the LED's nonlinearity and drift. The output photodiode converts light into a linearly proportional current. Its package design ensures high linearity and stable gain, making it ideal for analog signal isolation requiring excellent stability, linearity, bandwidth, and cost-effectiveness.
